Greetings!
How is everyone’s Friday? Today is an official start to a very busy month – celebrations every weekend, Christmas shopping, preparing the kids for their break, making sure to do my end of the year paperwork, organize my sewing drawer & prioritizing time for reflection during this Advent season. The last one is the most important in my opinion, but I hope you all have the time to slow down and be in the moment.
I am happy to say that I am finally complete with my Front Zipper Skirt Video. Feel free to view it below.

{10:48} Thank you for watching!
{10:57} I hope you got inspired to create something EXTRAordinary;
This is a video with a special focus on sewing the corner seams & welt pocket. To be honest, I was intimidated to work with faux leather because once it is sewn, the markings are permanent. Also, you’ll see how I burnt the fabric and how it was resolved.
This project took me awhile because it got a little more intimidating especially after burning the fabric. Well, I believe I am over the intimidation – let’s drink to that;)
Well, thank YOU for visiting & I hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season. I will be finishing up some projects due by the end of the year but I’m not sure if I will have the chance to post & edit them. I hope I do but in the meantime, I’m excited to share what is to come for the next upcoming year…soon;)
Take care!
Ann
